Amber Cook serves as the Writing Center's Associate Director of Faculty Outreach and Support. In this role, she acts as a liaison between faculty and the Writing Center, provides development opportunities for faculty seeking ways to better support their student writers, and manages the Center's faculty webinars, faculty website, and faculty inquiries. Contact Amber with any questions about student writing, APA, or Writing Center services.
Sarah Prince serves as the Writing Center’s Associate Director of Resource Management. In this role, she oversees writing curriculum in Blackboard courses, Tempo competencies, and doctoral residencies. Faculty, staff, and academic coaches who notice issues with writing instruction (e.g., broken Writing Center links or problematic writing instruction) or need help cultivating writing resources (e.g., videos, webinars, static embedded resources) within any of these learning environments are encouraged to reach out to Sarah.
Amy Bakke is a Manager of Writing Instruction and Multilingual Writing Specialist. She supports Walden faculty working with international and multilingual writers through faculty coaching and faculty webinars on working with multilingual writers.
