Center for Faculty Excellence
National Faculty Meeting (NFM) is held twice per year and provides those attending with the opportunity to network with colleagues, hear from Walden University leadership, participate in a variety of professional development breakout sessions, and celebrate successes.
2020 marks Walden University's 50th Anniversary and our new theme: 50 Years of Empowering the Greater Good. This summer we will join in National Harbor as we celebrate all the good our alumni, faculty, and staff have created over the years.
The Winter 2020 National Faculty Meeting (NFM) was held January 16-17 at Tampa Bay Convention Center in Tampa, Florida. The meeting was followed by the 63rd Commencement Ceremonies on January 17-18, which welcomed 1,408 graduates, as well as their guests, to five ceremonies.
The Winter 2020 National Faculty Meeting was attended by 533 people, with 49% of attendees being faculty and 51% being academic leadership or staff. To read the full report in SharePoint, please click on the Learn More button below.
