Faculty Support Agents

As faculty, you have unique support needs in your daily teaching and mentoring of students. You deserve dedicated support agents who understand your concerns and work quickly to provide assistance.

The Faculty Support Agents (FSAs) from the Office of Teaching and Learning Excellence provide personalized support via email, live chat, and synchronous online sessions. Below are some common support topics:

  • System access issues
  • Faculty Portal
  • General technology questions
  • Learning how to use instructional technology and digital tools
  • Locating resources
  • Navigating the online classroom (Brightspace and Blackboard)
  • Technology troubleshooting

If our team cannot resolve an issue, we will escalate your request to the correct support team or get you connected with someone who can help.
